Shipping Expectation:
Processing times - To eliminate waste and to keep from having a warehouse of products, some of our products are only made once an order has been placed (MTO - Made To Order). For this reason, please allow 1-3 days to process your order BEFORE shipping.
Shipping times are usually 3-5 days in the US.
Should you not receive your order within 5 business days after you have received notification that your item has shipped, please contact us by e-mail at support@lifechristiangifts.com.
Cancellation:
MTO (made-to-order) items: We can not accept cancellations for items that are more than 1 hour after your purchase.
All other orders: If the order status is Awaiting Shipping, you can directly cancel the order yourself.
Need to change your order? First, cancel it, then place a new one.
