HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm your order has been placed. This information could take up to 5 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. You will also receive tracking information in this second email.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes! You can have your orders delivered to another address. If delivery is to your place of work, please make sure you put the name of the company in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure you receive your order successfully.

 AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY SHIPPED ORDER?

You can track your items by clicking on the tracking link sent to you via the second email sent from us. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, please contact us at customercare@oneamericagifts.com within five (5) days of receipt and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Any return and refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 15 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s). If you have not been refunded after 15 days of returning the item, please contact us immediately

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You have one hour from when you placed your order to email us at customercare@oneamericagifts.com to let us know you want to cancel your order.
