Isn't it amazing how we take it personally when things don't go our way? We expect God to always understand OUR feelings and choose OUR way because that is what WE want. It is what our heart desires so it must be the right way. Right?
We take off on this adventure called life and most often realize at some point we have taken a detour somewhere. We thought we were on the right path because everything seemed so right for a moment. God started His plan for your future long ago. Isn't it a blessing to know He never took a detour. Did you? Did you stop pursuing God? His way is always perfect and when it is perfect, there is no reason to deviate from the plan. If you feel you have detoured... Stop! Close your eyes prepare your heart and pray. Then be quiet and let God whisper to you for as long as it takes. You will hear and see that He has always been there waiting for you. Get back up and follow Him daily. He's waiting.
